BROCETTE OF BEEF TERIYAKI: Filet Mignon Cubes Skewered with Onion, Green Pepper, Bacon, Mushrooms, and Cherry Tomatoes on a Bed of Saffron Rice. Accompanied by Gingered Carrots.
 
FILET MIGNON BEEF STROGANOFF: Filet Mignon Seared and Served with Crimini Mushrooms Combined with a Sour Cream Sauce over Buttered Egg Noodles. Accompanied by Steamed Brussels Sprouts.
